There’s a good chance that most of the people who hurt you have no idea to the extent that they hurt you. Whether you confront them with this truth or not, the reality is that you won’t feel free from the hurt until you learn how to forgive them in your heart. If you need someone who can relate, look to Jesus on the cross.
